At Chevanmlux, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions, wigs, beauty items), all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if the claim is approved.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

You must provide photos or video proof of the issue.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled.
Custom wigs or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered”

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
 
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
5. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
